Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the deployment and management of personnel on the construction site to ensure the efficient operation of the team
• Provide proactive ownership of assigned projects from start to finish
• Oversee the project’s planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and subcontractors
• Ensure proper adherence of policies set by the client, company, and projects
• Provide management on the job site while maintaining effective communication with project team members to resolve deficiencies, issues, and disputes

Qualifications:

• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis, and construction cost estimates

• Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects
Qualifications:
